Privacy Policy

THE SHORT VERSION

You don't need an account to use Sarx. Without one, everything you enter stays on your device in your browser's local storage and is never sent anywhere. If you choose to sign in, your health metrics are stored securely so they sync across your devices, and only your account can access them.

WHAT WE COLLECT

If you use Sarx without an account, we collect nothing. Your age, weight, height, sex, activity level, and any goals you set stay in your browser and never leave your device.

If you create an account, we store your email address and the same health metrics, plus your plan settings (goal, diet style, calorie target), so they can sync across devices. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and name from Google, not your Google password.

HOW WE USE IT

Your data is used only to calculate and display your own health metrics and plan. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond running the app. Sarx has no ads and no analytics or tracking scripts of any kind.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Account data is stored with Supabase, which provides our database and authentication. If you sign in with Google, authentication is handled by Google under its own privacy policy. The site itself is hosted on GitHub Pages, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. None of these services are used to track you across other sites.

YOUR CHOICES

You can use Sarx fully without an account. If you have an account, you can sign out at any time from the Account page, which clears your data from that device. To delete your account and all associated data entirely, contact us using the email below.
